  • Support communications: Retained for 3 years for quality assurance
  • Local cache files: Automatically managed and deleted based on your preferences
  • Legal requirements: In some cases, we may retain certain information as required by law, or to comply with a legal hold or ongoing investigation

International Data Transfers

Our services are primarily hosted in North America. Where personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we take appropriate measures to ensure an adequate level of protection, such as standard contractual clauses approved by regulatory authorities or other safeguards recognized by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Expi is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children.
